In Castro Verde, on the last Saturday of each month, the Constellations take place, which bring together artists and representatives of traditional practices from Baixo Alentejo with contemporary artists and the public. Each Constellation consists of dialogue and experimentation between these three elements. The guests do not know each other, there is no defined script, we do not know what will happen and it is this surprise factor that motivates us all to build an unrepeatable moment in a participatory way.
In this first Constellation of 2022, the Alentejo writer, composer and singer Napoleão Mira, originally from Entradas, and the young rapper Silly, who spent her adolescence in Serpa, participate. Like them, we are also curious about this session.
Moderation: Ana Ademar and Filipe Pratas

Silly
Silly is the artistic name of Maria Bentes, Azorean, who grew up between albums by Sérgio Godinho, José Mário Branco and MPB, and the racket of five brothers. Afterwards, she came to Serpa's gold and got an accent spoon. What she didn't lose was the calm of arriving and the taste for beauty. Today, she is 22 years old and lives in Lisbon. Music inhabited her space from an early age, but it was not long ago that she decided to pave the way to show us what she has been experiencing.
“Viver Sensimente” brought to Portuguese music the whispered words of Silly, which sound louder than many screams. The fable of a girl enchanted by the verb who ended up working with great people and promising even greater things. One of those cases that happen from time to time and announce a long life like yogurts. She introduced herself to the world with 5 tracks in November last year and, since then, we have been rocked by themes as light as they are intense, full of metaphors that show us the world through the artist's eyes, in a perfect mix of instruments, such as the piano and the guitar, embraced by electronic sounds, in a very organic and experimental way.
